Evaluation Refunds

There will be no refunds for evaluations, the  fee is non-refundable. 

Regular Season Registration  Refunds

• There will be a LSMHA Basic Administration Charge of $65 for any refund of regular season registration

1. Player pulls out prior to Evaluations – Full Refund Less LSMHA Basic Administration Charge
2. Player pulls out after evaluation prior to first Practice – 75% refund less LSMHA Basic Administration Charge
3. Player pulls out Prior to Season Start – Oct 20th – 65% refund less LSMHA Basic Administration Charge 
4. Player pulls out Between Oct 20-Dec 1st – 50% Refund less LSMHA Basic Administration Charge 
5. Player pulls put after Dec 1- No Refund 

High School Refunds

A player making the high school team will be 100% refunded all fees 

AAA and AA Admin Fee - $65 

 No refunds will be issues without completing a refund request form.  ​​​​​​​
